Chin Up Mental Health and Wellness
Compassionate, comprehensive care for EVERY woman—combining medication management and supportive counseling, with a focus on perinatal and reproductive mental health.
Hi there! I’m Nora, a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and I’m so glad you found your way here. I provide a safe space for women coping with big life changes, emotional ups and downs, and everything in between, especially as it relates to your monthly cycle, pregnancy, infertility, or loss.
I’ve had the privilege of learning this way of caring for patients from my training at Gonzaga University where I received my Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to that, I received my nursing degree from Viterbo University in Wisconsin—my home state. Being from Wisconsin, you can expect me to bring that classic Midwest sense of warmth, kindness, and down-to-earth honesty into every session. You may even get an “ope” or two. What you’ll never get is a cold, clinical vibe—just real conversation, compassion, and care.
My approach is all about treating you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a checklist of symptoms. We’ll talk about what’s going on mentally, emotionally, physically, and even environmentally, because ALL of it matters when it comes to healing. Together, we’ll come up with a plan that works for you—whether that means therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or a mix of all three.
Outside of work, I’m all about balance. I live for romanticizing the mundane things in life—like the perfect cup of coffee paired with a beautiful sunrise, or a dance around the kitchen with my partner. I dabble in artsy hobbies like painting, decorating, and creating designs on my Cricut for t-shirts I don’t need. You can also find me on the court playing volleyball or in the gym lifting weights and practicing “dead hangs” so I can eventually do a pull-up!
If you’re feeling emotionally wiped out, stuck in your head, anxious more often than not, or like no one really gets what you’re going through—I want you to know this: I hear you. You won’t have to explain yourself over and over or fight to be taken seriously. You deserve to feel supported, understood, and like yourself again. And I’m here to walk with you toward that kind of healing.

Consistent care, predictable costs—mental health care made simple.
I know how frustrating it can be to wait weeks for an appointment or be surprised by a bill you didn’t expect. My subscription-based care model takes away that stress, with predictable monthly pricing and built-in support between visits.
Why Subscription-Based Care?
Your mental health care should be easy to understand and easy to access. That’s why I offer subscription-based options—so you know exactly what’s included, exactly what it costs, and you always have the support you need. Explore the tiers below to find the level of care that’s right for you.
How It Works
Step 1: Free Consultation
We start with a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. This is your chance to share a little about what you’re looking for, ask questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
Step 2: Comprehensive Intake
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule a 90-minute psychiatric evaluation. This appointment gives us the time to go over your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. The intake is a one-time cost of $325.
Step 3: Choose Your Care Plan
After the intake, you’ll select the subscription that best matches your needs:
Basic Plan – Ongoing medication management with focused check-ins. *You can upgrade your plan any time
Comprehensive Plan – More frequent visits and enhanced support, ideal if you want a deeper level of care.
