Hi, I’m Nora.

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner—but more importantly, I’m someone who listens with compassion and without judgment. This is a safe space to talk honestly about what you’re going through—no pretending, no pressure.

I specialize in women’s mental health, PMDD, perinatal mental health, coping with miscarriage, infertility, and postpartum depression.

Maybe you’re in the thick of new motherhood and wondering why you don’t feel like yourself. Maybe you’ve experienced a loss and are carrying a quiet, heavy kind of grief. Maybe you’re pregnant and overwhelmed, or finding that the days leading up to your period feel unbearable—like an emotional rollercoaster you didn’t sign up for. You might be overthinking everything, snapping at people you love, or simply feeling off—and unsure why.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone, either. I’m here to help you make sense of what you're feeling and find a path forward that works for you.

We’ll talk through what’s going on and build a plan together—whether that includes therapy, medication, lifestyle support, or a combination of all three.

Most of all, this is a space where you’re allowed to show up exactly as you are. Where your feelings are valid. Where healing gets to be real, human, and possible. And where you’ll always be reminded to keep your chin up—even on the hardest days.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in treating the whole person. We’ll look at your mental and emotional health, but also your body, your habits, your relationships—everything that makes up your day-to-day life. Healing doesn’t come in a one-size-fits-all package. What works for one person might not work for another—and that’s okay. Maybe you’ve seen other providers before and didn’t feel truly heard, or felt like your concerns were brushed aside. That can be incredibly frustrating and discouraging. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood from the start—because your experience matters, and so does your voice.

Keep your chin up—you’ve already taken a brave step just by being here.

“Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces.”
